Abingdon Air and Country Show 2017

This week end is the Abingdon Air and Country Show 2017, and what a show it promises to be. There will be static aircraft on display, along with a three hour action packed Air display, including, Westland Wasp 1960s ex Royal Naval Helicopter, RF4 Motorglider aerobatic display, Antonov AN-2 Russian built transport x2, Great War Display Team (World War One types), P51 Mustang “Tall in the Saddle”, Calidus Autogyro . 
As always there is a funfair with all kinds of rides, craft, food and drink stalls, military displays, re enactment displays, Steam engines, and not forgetting Battlefield South who will be there all day. The event starts at 10 am and closes at 5.30 pm. 
Parking is free and tickets for the show can be purchased in advance from their web site ( http://www.abingdonairandcountry.co.uk ), or at the gate on the day. It really is a great day out for the whole family.
