Parties

All Players must be 8 years of age or older for insurance purposes.

Prices:

The standard price for a party is £250. This is for up to 10 players , with additional players being charged at £25 each. 

We view numbers of players above 15 as an event, and prices can be discussed and agreed via the phone or email.

We also charge extra should your venue be out side of our normal area of operation, and these charges can be discussed via the phone or email.

Please note that these prices do not include food or drinks. However if you would like a basket meal this can (in some circumstances) be added to your booking.

Locations:

We are a mobile unit, so if you have the space or a venue we are more than happy to come to you. However we do require written permission from the land owner, (if that is not the party organiser) and will need to carry out a suitability and Health and safety inspection of the venue.  An extra charge will be incurred if your venue is outside of our normal area of operations.

If you don’t have the space or a suitable venue, we have access to a couple of locations in the Warsash / Hampshire area. These have varying levels of amenities, and suitability is age dependant.

We also operate from a purpose built arena at Marwell Outdoor Activity Centre. (Hurts Lane, Owslebury, Winchester, SO21 1EZ. Prior bookings only)

Our parties:

 last for 2 hours however this is not all play time, generally we are able to provide a minimum of 6 x 10 minute battles or 2 x 10 minute and 2 x 20 minutes or a combination of these (subject to time / weather / and game scenarios / age of players etc). Where possible we endeavour to fit in as much is as possible to ensure everyone has a good time.

If you wish to bring your own food (this is not permissible at some of our locations) we can also supply items such as plates, cups, table cloths, napkins etc.  Please see our online shop area with regards to these item.

Coveralls are not supplied, so old clothing and sturdy foot ware is recommended.

A non refundable Deposits is required for all parties to confirm the booking time and date.
