“Be the Face of Battlefield South”

When the Battlefield south equipment trailer was fitted with the company branding, we left the two front panels clear. So here is your chance to be the faces of Battlefield South.

All you have to do is to attend and play a game at one of our events, or birthday parties, (why not hold your own). Then fill out the entry form, and have your photo taken wearing the equipment. That it!

1^st prize is to have your Photo enlarged, Printed and fitted to the front (full length) door panel, and a free camouflage Tee Shirt.

2^nd prize is to have your photo enlarged printed and fitted to the half size front panel, and a free camouflage Tee Shirt.

3^rd prize is a free camouflage Tee Shirt.

Terms and conditions apply, there is no cash alternative and the judge’s decision is final. Competition ends 1 November 2013. Events are notified on the Battlefield South website, and Face book page, or via Email when you join the monthly news letter, (email info@battlefieldsouth.co.uk). winners will be notified via email and or phone, and will also be posted on the web site.

Competition Terms and Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter our competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
To enter the competition you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) 8 years or older and if under 16 years of age, have the written consent of one of your parents or guardians, (they have to sign the entry form).
You must attend a club event, or party, or walk up event and have your photo taken whilst being dressed in the Battlefield South equipment. You must also complete an entry form supplying your name, contact details, including postal and email address and phone number.
You may enter as many times as you wish as long as each entry is accompanied by the required information as stated in points 2 and 3.
If you want to enter the competition you may enter on the day, via post with a copy of your photo and contact details or you can also send your entry via e-mail to Info@battlefieldsouth.co.uk with the subject of “face of competition”. Each email entry will receive a reply.
Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
The winner will be the entrant, who in the opinion of the judges, has a photo which embodies the Battlefield South aims and is most suitable for use.
The closing date is 1st November 2013, as specified in the competition detail, and MMW Events Ltd / Battlefield South reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
If you win the competition, we will notify you by e-mail and or phone (or post if no email). The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
There is no cash substitute for any of the prizes, and in entering the competition you are agreeing to, (a) the terms and conditions, (b) for your image to be used for marketing purposes.
You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Battlefield South, 11 Sixth Avenue, Cosham Portsmouth, Hampshire PO6 3PD after the closing date, or via Email to Info@battlefieldsouth.co.uk with the name of the competition in the subject.
